Ադրբեջանական կողմը՝ Դադիվանք մեկնող ուխտավորների խմբին արգելել էր մուտք ունենալ վանական համալիր՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ այսուհետ պետք է ներկայացվեն ուխտագնացների անվանական ցուցակներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու Արցախի թեմի առաջնորդ Տեր Վրթանես եպիսկոպոս Աբրահամյանը: «Նախկինում ադրբեջանական կողմը պահանջում էր միայն Դադիվանք մեկնող ուխտագնացների թիվը, որը պետք է լիներ ոչ ավելի քան 30 մարդ: Այժմ պահանջում են նախապես ներկայացնել նաև անվանական ցուցակներ: Ուստի կիրակի օրը խաղաղապահների հետ մենք կտրամադրենք ուխտավորների անվանացուցակը, որպեսզի այլևս դժվարություններ չունենանք Դադիվանք մուտք գործելու հարցում»,-մանրամասնեց Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու Արցախի թեմի առաջնորդը:
