ԽՄԲԱԳՐԻ ԸՆՏՐԱՆԻ

ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը դատական հայց է ներկայացրել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ: «Արմենպրես»-ը այս մասին տեղեկացավ «Դատալեքս» դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Քոչարյանը պահանջում է հաստատել արդար դատաքննության իրավունքի խախտումը, հատուցել խախտման արդյունքում պատճառված ոչ նյութական վնասը, պարտավորեցնել հրապարակայնորեն հերքել իր վերաբերյալ հնչեցված արտահայտությունները, հատուցել զրպարտությամբ  պատճառված ոչ նյութական վնասը: Հայցը դատարանը ստացել է ապրիլի 7-ին և մակագրվել է դատավոր Արթուր Մկրտչյանին: Դատարանում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին ներկայացնում է պաշտպան Հայկ Ալումյանը:
