Նիդերլանդների Թագավորության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ստեֆ Բլոկը, անդրադառնալով Բաքվում բացված «պուրակին», որտեղ ներկայացված են հայ զինվորների մանեկենները, և դրանց դիմաց լուսանկարված Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին, նշել է, որ դրանք տհաճ պատկերներ էին: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին նախարարը նշել է Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանում՝ պատասխանելով պատգամավորների հարցերին: «Պարոն Դե Ռունը խնդրեց արձագանքել Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ հայերի, հնարավոր է, մահացած հայերի սաղավարտների հետ լուսանկարներին: Դրանք շատ տհաճ պատկերներ են: Ավելի վաղ ես արդեն այս հակամարտության վերաբերյալ հայտարարել եմ, որ կողմերին կոչ եմ անում լուծմանը հասնել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում բանակցությունների միջոցով և զերծ մնալ վարքագծից, որն անհնարին կդարձնի վերջնական որոշումը»,- ասել է նախարարը:
