ARMENPRESS reports the commander of the second Army Corps of the Armed Forces Vahram Grigoryan presented to the members of the EU delegation the situation created as a result of the encroachments of the Azerbaijani armed forces on the borders of the Republic of Armenia on May 12, 20221 and September 13, 2022 with the help of a military map, as well as observation devices and the real facts of the invasion of the territory of the Republic of Armenia by the Azerbaijani military. “Azerbaijan violated the borders of Armenia in several directions in both 2021 and 2022 and entered our territory several kilometers deep in several directions. The presence of the Azerbaijani armed forces terrorizes the residents of the bordering settlements, disrupts their normal life and activities,” Vahram Grigoryan said. According to Gegharkunik Governor Karen Sargsyan, permanent support will be provided to the observation activities of the EU mission delegation.
