The Venezuelan government is deeply concerned that the conflict in Ukraine could spread to Europe and other parts of the world, and the propaganda of hatred in the media and the sanctions against Russia are aimed at that. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said this in a message broadcast on VTV television.
But Maduro expressed hope that this timely warning will be able to stop the madness of the key leaders of the West and the world.
