Վճռաբեկ դատարանը, նախագահությամբ դատավոր Համլետ Ասատրյանի, քիչ առաջ հրապարակեց որոշում, որով բեկանեց Փաշինյանի վերաբերյալ 2010 թվականին կայացված դատավճիռը․«Վճռաբեկ բողոքը բավարարել, Վճռաբեկ դատարանի 2010 թվականի ապրիլի 30–ի որոշումը նոր հանգամանքի հիմքով վերանայել։ Նիկոլ Վվովայի Փաշինյանի վերաբերյալ ՔՕ 225 հոդվածի առաջին մասով առաջին ատյանի 2010 թվականի հունվարի 10–ի դատավճիռը և Քրեական վերաքննիչ դատարանի 2010 թվականի մարտի 9–ի որոշումը բերակնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ՔՕ 225–րդ հոդվածի 1–ին մասով ճանաչել անմեղ և արդարացնել»։
